cleanliness – hotel staff was very nice - room size was ok - furnishing is a bit old-style; location – a good base for exploring the area - but need a car or careful planning of public transport; local insights – one hour train to Trieste - the same to Venice Santa Lucia; service – very helpful receptionists.

the hotel had a peaceful lobby area and a quiet atmosphere. My room was spacious with good air conditioning and a nice balcony. the bed was comfortable and I had a relaxing stay. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of savory and sweet options. the staff were friendly and the restaurant served excellent dinner.

This hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. I was particularly impressed with the nice coffee served at breakfast.

The hotel has a problem with noise from construction and nearby buildings, which can make it difficult to sleep at times.

Spent a lovely Easter break at this hotel which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. the breakfast was amazing, with a good range of options to choose from. the location was also ideal, just a short drive away from the beach where we spent some lovely afternoons.

The room itself, which was quite small and the furnishings were a bit outdated. there were some noises at night which kept us awake.
